Jim Boykin

Jim has a multi-faceted and extensive history in the building and construction industry, spanning forty years. He has worked with internationally renowned firms helming prestigious projects and been sought out independently for consulting roles over his tenure. Jim has been the point person on several well-known projects – he served as the prime contractor for Rosemary Beach and Draper Lake, building and renovating homes and heading up commercial development and constructing spaces. From Windsor Polo to Grand Harbor and more, Jim has developed subdivisions, constructed a multitude of high-end homes, rough shaped golf courses, built several restaurants and managed and maintained the delicate budgets of each project with precision and finesse.
Steven Kueny

Steven has been working in Luxury Construction for over 10 years. Prior to entering the construction industry, Steven had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force. Steven brings a wealth of knowledge, and a fresh perspective to Longitude Construction along with strong communication skills, and leadership. Steven’s vast network connection with realtors, developers, and vendors in the area has given him the edge for many investment opportunities before they ever hit the market and has led to the extensive growth of their company.
